Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please email us at info@theschoolofOne.com within 30 days of receiving it and we will work with you to make it right.

Within the United States, we accept returns of all new and unopened shipments within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the merchandise.  We are unable to return merchandise if the shipping container has been opened.  Shipping costs are not reimbursable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

If your shipment was damaged, please email us with your order information and a photo showing the issue at info@theschooloftheOne.com.

Any return that does not comply with the above policy may be rejected or may be subject to a restocking fee which starts at 20%.
